I spent the day with my uncle and ended it in the pub with him. Several drinks were consumed by him, and several drinks later he was getting to a close level of tipsy. Not drunk, but relaxed in a way I haven’t really seen him.

And THIS is when I saw an entirely new side of him. He was suddenly open and passionate about subjects, such as politics, world economics and man’s destruction of our planet. And even confessed that he is just as much a part of the problem and feels bad about it.
It was fascinating to see, as i had always had this image of him as (I don’t want to say it, cause he’s not really,but its as close as i can get) “stuffy” and conservative, but we were on the exact same wave length on so many issues (and very left wing issues at that).

He has so much information and such interesting stories to tell. I’m looking forward to another night like it…
